About me
Hi, I'm Julia and I was born in 1975.
Throughout my life, I have always searched for new opportunities to develop myself in a way that makes me feel good and comfortable.
It was always something related to art, creations, and doing things differently.
During my youth, I was already busy with crocheting and knitting, but I didn't know anything about dreadlocks at the time.
It has to feel good before I start doing something or committing to it; they call it living with your heart nowadays.
It was a learning process, but now I can't do it any other way
A few years ago, I bought and wore synthetic dreadlocks for the first time. I had no idea what to expect, but I knew I had to try this free-spirited hairstyle someday. And... it was love at first sight. By wearing dreadlocks, I got a different appearance, more self-confidence, and I felt very powerful, feminine, and independent. It's a fantastic feeling that I would wish for everyone.
I started by gathering all the information, looking, asking questions, researching, and taking courses from different dread artists to develop my own dread style.
I stand for quality, durability, and artistic creativity.
My goal is to create a piece of art with every set!
If I'm going to make a custom made set for you, I want to know a lot of information about you first so I can get a sense of who you are. And it's fantastic to be able to create a work of art in consultation with you that meets all your desires and wishes. Because you are the one who will be wearing these dreads for the next few months.
When I started sharing my creations and ideas on social media, it felt like I finally found my own little space to share my passion with you.
Here, on this website, you can find a lot of information about what I do and what I can do for you.
Feel free to take a look around and if you have any questions, you can always send me a message.
Because I'm still busy with creativity every day, I'm constantly looking for new possibilities, new ideas, new creative impulses, and that's why every set I make is different.
And don't you want that....a little bit of art in your hair?
Dread Art with love
