I understand that sometimes you may want to return a product, which is why I offer you the right of withdrawal. In this message, I would like to provide you with clarity about your rights and the procedure for returning a product.
What does the right of withdrawal entail?
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason.
- You can return the product, and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?
- Please send me an email within 14 days of receiving your product, indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Return the product within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal in the original packaging and in the condition you received it.
- The cost of returning the product is at your expense.
Please note:
- Custom Made Sets:
When you order custom dreads or curls from me, I require a 50% deposit. If you cancel after I have already started, I unfortunately cannot refund the deposit. Before I send your custom set, you will first receive a detailed photo and video report so you know exactly what it looks like. Once you have paid the remaining amount, I will send your set or you can come and pick it up.
Please note: custom orders cannot be returned.
- Dreadlocks, braids, and curl sets from my shop:
Everything you order from my shop is shipped in a transparent, sealed bag. If the color is not what you expected, you can return the set at your own expense, as long as the bag remains unopened. If I receive the set back and everything is still sealed, you will simply get your money back.
Did your product arrive damaged?
Then we will find a solution together. This can be a partial or full refund, or I can remake your order. Please make sure to send photos of the damaged product immediately upon receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition. If this is not the case, I reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return.
