Terms and Conditions

Dear customer,
At Julia Dread Shop, we strive to provide you with a great shopping experience, and that's why we have written our terms and conditions in a clear and understandable way for you.

By shopping with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at

Orders:
  • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee that we can ship your order.
  • If you want us to make custom made dreadlocks, curls or braids for you, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount. A deposit will not be refunded if the customer cancels the order after the work process has begun.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order if we believe it violates our terms and conditions.
  • We do our best to ensure that all product information, prices, and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that errors will not occur.

Payment:
We accept various payment methods such as IDEAL, Bancontact, Bank transfer and Pay Pal
If the desired payment method is not available, let me know and I will see if there are alternative options available for your payment. Feel free to let me know your preference and I'll do my best to assist you.
All prices include VAT and other taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping:
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, but please note that delivery time depends on product availability and your location.
You are responsible for any customs duties or other taxes levied upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges:
You are responsible for the cost of returning products

Dreadlocks, braids and curls extensions
Custom orders of any kind and all dreadlocks are NON-RETURNABLE. Due to hygiene reasons, dreadlocks, braids, and curls cannot be returned. If you're unsure about the color or style, please schedule an appointment to visit us.
However, if a product is found to be damaged after shipping, a suitable solution will be sought in the form of a full or partial refund or the re-making of your order.
To be eligible, proof must be provided immediately upon receipt with photos of the damaged product.

JEWELRY and other ready-made products
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that the products are in their original condition and have not been used.

We respect your privacy and treat your personal data confidentially. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we use your data.

Intellectual property: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.
